Since all of my books are printed on demand or delivered instantly as digital downloads, my return and refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring customer satisfaction.

I understand that sometimes issues may arise, whether due to printing errors, damage during shipping, or technical difficulties with digital downloads. Below, you’ll find my detailed return policy for both physical books and ebooks, along with the steps to request a resolution.

Return and Refund Policy for Physical Books

Since each book is custom-printed upon order, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the product. However, if you receive a book that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, I will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

  1. Damaged or Defective Books: If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a significant printing defect, please follow these steps:
    • Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue (damaged cover, missing pages, printing errors, etc.).
    • Upon verification, we will offer you the option of:
      • A replacement copy at no additional cost.
      • A full refund to your original payment method.
  2. Incorrect Orders (Wrong Book Received): If you receive a book that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 14 days:
    • Send an email to [email protected] with your order details and a photo of the incorrect book.
    • We will arrange for a replacement with the correct book or issue a refund.
  3. Non-Returnable Situations
    • Due to the print-on-demand nature of our books, we do not accept returns for reasons as:
      • Buyer’s remorse (changing your mind after purchase)
      • Ordering the wrong book by mistake
      • Minor printing variations (such as slight color differences)

Return and Refund Policy for Ebooks

Since ebooks are digital downloads, all sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased. However, I understand that technical issues may arise, and I’m happy to assist with resolving them.

  1. Accidental Purchases

If you mistakenly purchased an ebook and have not downloaded it, contact me within 24 hours of purchase at [email protected].

I will review your request and at my discretion, may issue a refund.

2. Technical Issues with Ebook Files

If your ebook file is corrupt, unreadable, or incompatible with your device, please reach out within 7 DAYS of purchase.

I will work to resolve the issue by providing troubleshooting support or, if necessary, sending a replacement file. If the issue cannot be fixed, I will issue a refund.

3. Unauthorized Returns

Ebooks CANNOT be returned if they have already been downloaded or accessed, as digital content cannot be resold or retrieved.
